Nana Fraser
Matriarch, Beloved Baker

Born in Scotland in 1923, Nana Fraser carried a deep love of cooking that became the heart of her family. From a young age she found joy in gathering people around the table.

Her grandson, Chef Raymond Capaldi, remembers her kitchen as a place of magic where the kettle was always on, the oven always warm, and a little something extra could always stretch to feed one more. He recalls sneaking tastes while Nana, smiling knowingly, carried on kneading or stirring.

Nana’s greatest gift wasn’t just her recipes, but her spirit of generosity. Today, her traditions live on, each dish reminding us how food has the power to bring people together.

Our Quality &
Community Promise

Our promise of quality and community begins with Nana Fraser.

Her love of cooking was rooted in using simple, honest ingredients and sharing them generously with everyone around her. She believed the best meals were those made by hand and from the heart, a tradition we carry on today.

Every pie and pastry we create is inspired by her spirit. Every dish we serve is a nod to Nana’s legacy.
